1. Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory (free)
The upper floors of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building are free to access, and there are two observation decks, one in the north and one in the south.
On a clear day, you can get a good view of Mt. Fuji.

2. National Museum of Nature and Science (free for children, 630 yen for adults)
This museum is divided into the Japan Gallery and the Global Gallery, and is a fun place to learn about natural science.

3. Yoyogi Pony Park (free)
This is a park next to Meiji Shrine where you can interact with ponies.
