[oth3]4 relaxing spots you can enjoy alone

Overview

Introducing four spots in Tokyo’s 23 wards that you can enjoy alone.
I chose places that you can relax at on weekdays.

1. Hama-Rikyu Gardens

A beautifully maintained Japanese garden that faces the sea and has a great view.
It’s not very accessible by public transport, so it’s usually relatively empty.

2. Kagurazaka

It’s famous for its gourmet food and miscellaneous goods, but despite its high level, it’s quiet during the day on weekdays.
There are many hidden shops on the side streets, so you can enjoy exploring.

3. Shibamata Taishakuten Sando

The oldest merchant houses in Tokyo are lined up here, and the view is spectacular.
It was very crowded at one time because it was the setting for the movie “Otoko wa Tsurai yo”, but it has been getting quieter recently. The specialty is Kusadango.

4. Tokyo National Museum

When you think of a museum, you may think of a stuffy place, but just looking around the exhibits will sharpen your senses.
This museum has a lot of visitors, but it’s so large that the density is not that high.
