Reviews by situation

“Relaxing alone” Recommendation score: 7 /10

Heiwajima Boat Racecourse is close to the city center, and although there are more and more young people visiting in groups, most people still visit alone. The venue is currently under construction, so it is small, but it is usually not crowded.

“Kids will love it” Recommendation score: 1 /10

There may be occasional children who enjoy the excitement of the boat races.

“As a date” Recommendation score: 2 /10

There are also couples who come for a date, but you will need to be very considerate.

“Fun with friends” Recommendation score: 2 /10

In recent years, more and more friends are visiting together. You can enjoy the free seats, but we recommend purchasing a reserved seat for a more comfortable experience.

Access

The nearest train station is Heiwajima Station (Keikyu Line), but it takes about a 15-minute walk. Therefore, if heading from Heiwajima Station, it is recommended to use the free shuttle bus.
However, in terms of accessibility, we think the free shuttle bus from Omori Station (JR Keihin-Tohoku Line) is more convenient to use.
