Description
- This complex, located south of Shibuya Station, was completed in 2018 and consists of two buildings: the Tower and the Hall.
- The Tower has many cafes and restaurants on the 1st to 4th floors, and a hotel and offices are located above it.
- All floors of the Hall are event halls directly connected to Shibuya Station, and are used for a wide range of purposes, from concerts to exhibitions.
Reviews by situation
“Relaxing alone” Recommended: 2 /4 points
There is always a certain amount of foot traffic, and the rest areas are often full. There are some places with unusual views, but I feel like a photo is enough.
“Having fun with the kids” Recommended: 1 /4 points
It’s not a place for children.
“Getting into the mood on a date” Recommended: 1 /4 points
We don’t think there are any stores or facilities that you’d want to visit as part of a date.
“Getting along with friends” Recommendation level: 2 /4 points
The restaurants and izakayas are relatively empty, but I’m skeptical that it’s worth the trouble to go there.
Trend Chart
“Comfort” Rating: 2 /5 points
There is always a certain amount of foot traffic, and the inside of the buildings is dimly lit everywhere, so it doesn’t feel very comfortable.
“Length of fun time” Rating: 2 /5 points
It is made up of only restaurants and cafes, so you probably won’t visit multiple stores.
“Price range” Rating: 3 /5 points
Most of the restaurants and izakayas are mid-priced.
“Suitable for rainy days” Rating: 4 /5 points
The rest area at the back of the second floor has no roof.
“Night-friendly” Rating: 3 /5 points
There are restaurants that are open until late at night, but there is no particular benefit to the night view.
“Uniqueness” Rating: 2 /5 points
The design and presentation are unique, but the content doesn’t seem to match.
