The closest stations are Akabanebashi Station (Toei Oedo Line) and Kamiyacho Station (Metro Hibiya Line), but both are about 10 minutes walk away.
There are many bus stops nearby, including Tokyo Tower bus stop, Higashiazabu 1-chome bus stop, and Toranomon 5-chome bus stop. You can board them from Tokyo Station, Shinagawa Station, Shibuya Station, Shinbashi Station, etc., so if you are interested, please do some research.
