Ohi Racecourse is close to the city center, and most races are held at night, so there are a relatively large number of groups visiting, but most visitors still come alone. The track is also spacious, so in principle it doesn’t feel cramped.

Access
The nearest station is Ohi Keiba Jo-mae Station (Monorail), but this monorail connects Haneda Airport and Hamamatsucho Station, making it somewhat inconvenient for use. If you prefer taking the train, Tachiaigawa Station (Keikyu Line) would be an option, although it takes about a 10-minute walk the directions are a little confusing.
An alternative option is the convenient buses that run to Ohi Racecourse from Oimachi Station, Meguro Station, and Shinagawa Station. These will arrive directly in front of the racecourse, so you don’t have to worry about getting lost. Also, the bus from Oimachi Station is free round trip (the bus from Meguro Station and Shinagawa Station is free only for the return trip)
