It is possible to walk from Kamata Station (JR Keihin Tohoku Line / JR Tokaido Line / Tokyu Ikegami Line / Tokyu Tamagawa Line), but it takes more than 20 minutes.
The nearest station, Zoshiki Station (Keikyu Line), can be reached by one train from Haneda Airport, and you can also travel from Shinagawa or Asakusa (in some cases) without connecting. However, please note that only local trains stop at Zoshiki Station.
